The Global Drinker — World Bar Guide
The Cocktail Trading Company
London, UK
Playful, lab-themed cocktail bar on Bethnal Green Road from Olly Brading, Andy Mil and Elliot Ball (Murder Inc, The Royal Cocktail Exchange). Beneath the jokes and irreverent garnishes sits serious technique, with house-made ingredients, inventive reworked classics and cocktail masterclasses.
