Cult hidden speakeasy near Guillotière, run by the team behind La Faute aux Ours, entered by ringing a bell and passing a black sequined curtain. Its Art Nouveau-meets-Art Deco universe shifted with the seasons (Roaring Twenties in winter, tropical tiki in summer), serving high-end seasonal creations, classics and exceptional tapas such as the truffled brillat-savarin croque-monsieur. Closed permanently in July 2026 after seven years.
