A compact, semi-industrial room with over 120 hand-selected spirits, it works with local produce, foraged botanicals such as gorse and seaweed, and house-made vermouths, syrups and infusions; sustainability and renewable-energy commitments earned it a Sustainable Bar of the Year shortlisting at the UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2026. Bold classics sit alongside originals like the Harbour Master. Awarded One Star in The Pinnacle Guide 2025. Dog friendly.
