Caretaker is a slick New York City-inspired speakeasy drinking den, with the obligatory dim lighting and Sunday night jazz sessions. But this isn't a pale imitation, the drinks here are serious. Of course, you can choose from the list, but we'd suggest striking up a conversation with the bartender and letting them create a custom cocktail to suit your tastes.
