The Global Drinker — World Bar Guide
Non-Binary (Andingmen)
Beijing, China
Non-Binary sits in the Andingmen area of Beijing, where it runs a cocktail programme built around low-intervention spirits and seasonal Chinese ingredients. The bar earned a place in the 2025 Olive China Bar Awards, and its small room draws a young, local crowd that comes for the drinks rather than the scene.
