Located inside the luxurious Live Aqua hotel, Bekeb is at the forefront of San Miguel de Allende's innovative cocktail bars. Named after the Tzotzil word for "seed", owner Fabiola Padilla designs drinks utilising Mexican fruits, plants, flowers, seeds, roots and traditional elixirs, with a menu titled "Herbolaria Mexicana" inspired by Mexico's herbalism history.
