PCO
New Delhi, India
PCO sits in the Block Market of Vasant Vihar, a south Delhi neighbourhood, and ranks 193rd on the Top 500 Bars list for 2025. The bar built its reputation on a cocktail programme that leans into Indian botanicals and house-made ingredients, served in a dim, speakeasy-style room. It also placed eleventh on the India 30 Best Bars list for 2025.
