The Global Drinker — World Bar Guide
23 local bar
Shenzhen, China
23 local bar occupies the 23rd floor of the Shahe Century Holiday Plaza on Shennan Boulevard in Shenzhen's Nanshan district. The room pairs skyline views with a compact, cocktail-focused programme, and it drew recognition from the Olive China Bar Awards in 2025. Guests come for the drinks and the high-rise setting rather than a full kitchen.
