Nautical-themed cocktail bar founded in 2014 by Aurelie Panhelleux, Elfi Fabritius and Julien Lopez. Sea- and Mediterranean-inspired menus play on flavors and textures (think tapenade- or tiramisu-style drinks), served in a warm, wood-and-brass room. The brand has since added a bar at Hotel Lancaster and a Marseille outpost.
