Drinks span 80 years of tiki history—lost recipes Berry unearthed from bartenders' notebooks plus his own culinary-craft creations—served in elaborate vessels with molded-ice cones and fresh-flower garnishes. Polynesian-inspired small plates (sticky ribs, pork-belly lo mein, miso-cheese grits) complete the transportive escape just off Bourbon St.
