Named after the tequila-grapefruit classic, it builds drinks from local and seasonal products - clarified cocktails, highballs and the signature Paloma - at democratic prices (6-14 EUR), with tapas using bread from the neighboring bakery. Warm, inclusive neighborhood living-room feel. Ranked #18 at the French Bar Awards 2026.
