Trendy nautical-themed cocktail bar near the Old Port, with lobster-pot lamps, a deep-blue counter and rattan stools. Much of the time there is no written menu: guests state their preferences and bartenders improvise bespoke creations, often mezcal-leaning, acidic and spiced rather than sweet. A short menu of tapas (hummus, ceviche, flatbreads) accompanies the drinks. Ranked #69 at the French Bar Awards 2026.
