Independent cocktail bar on East Street in Newquay, opened in 2016 by Jamie Garfield and Paul Saunders. A semi-industrial speakeasy-style room with a copper-topped bar and over 120 hand-picked spirits, it champions Cornish produce, local drink makers and foraged coastal botanicals such as gorse and seaweed, with house-made vermouths, syrups and infusions. The menu mixes well-made classics with original creations like the Harbour Master. Awarded One Star in The Pinnacle Guide 2025 and shortlisted for Sustainable Bar of the Year at the UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2026. Dog friendly and deliberately steered away from the stag-and-hen trade.
