Japanese-inspired izakaya bar opened in 2025 by Bastien Rompteau and Yoan Wagner on a graffiti-covered corner of central Rouen. The menu combines cocktails (around 10 EUR), Japanese sakes, whiskies and craft beers with street food such as karaage, gyozas and skewers; a rotary evaporator powers some of the more experimental drinks. Warm, colorful late-night spot open daily until 2am. Ranked #100 at the French Bar Awards 2026.
