Hai Dai Lou Zhong Shu Ge Whisky Bar occupies the fifth floor of the Hai Dai Lou tower inside Qisheng Lake Park in Zibo's Zhangdian District. The bar pairs a whisky-focused drinks list with views over the park's lake and grounds, drawing a local crowd that comes for the setting as much as the pours. It was recognized by the Olive China Bar Awards in 2025.
